How long does it take to deliver my order?

For customers in China, it takes 3-8 days for the order to arrive. Customers in Hong Kong will receive the package within 2-4 days after shipping. International shipping times by destination is 7-15 days.

Contact Lenses

For hygiene and safety reasons, we have a strict return policy on contact lenses.
• Unopened Products: We can only accept returns or exchanges for contact lenses if the original product box is completely unopened and seals are intact.
• Opened Products: Once the product’s foil seal or packaging has been opened, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
